Is it permissible for a young man aged 17, 18, or 19 to read fatwas related to intercourse and pleasure, knowing that they may sometimes arouse him?

It is permissible to read fatwas related to matters of purity (tahara), nullifiers of ablution (wudu), and causes of major ritual impurity (janaba), if they are from the fatwas of reputable scholars, for the purpose of learning and gaining religious understanding; in fact, it may sometimes be obligatory. However, reading them merely for entertainment is disliked (makrooh).
