Therefore, masturbation and reading sexual fatwas with the intention of arousal and ejaculation, or reaching a state similar to forbidden looking, are forbidden because they incite lust, lead to forbidden acts, and become a means to fall into masturbation and forbidden looking. Furthermore, persistence in these acts may lead a person to commit major sins. It is necessary to stop reading in these areas for the time being.
