Is reading fatwas that answer sexual questions for four or five days, accompanied by feelings of lust and the emission of madhy and mani, considered masturbation or a grave sin?
The prohibits masturbation and everything that leads to sexual arousal outside of the lawful means, due to the health and psychological risks involved, the waste of time, and the development of an unhealthy relationship with sex. Therefore, masturbation and reading sexual fatwas with the intention of arousal and ejaculation, or reaching a state similar to forbidden looking, are forbidden because they incite lust, lead to forbidden acts, and become a means to fall into masturbation and forbidden looking. Furthermore, persistence in these acts may lead a person to commit major sins. It is necessary to stop reading in these areas for the time being.
