Is it permissible for there to be intermingling between the sexes on an Islamic Facebook page that aims to spread benefit and seek the countenance of Allah, provided there is no mutual acquaintance or conversations within it?

There is no Shariah impediment to men and women sharing membership on a social media page or similar platform, as long as there is no Shariah prohibition involved, such as illicit communication or unnecessary interaction between the sexes.
