Is it permissible for a man to seek divorce from his wife, with whom he had two children who died due to a hereditary disease, and she is now 47 years old and past childbearing age, knowing that he desires righteous offspring and suffers psychologically from not having children? And would divorcing her in this situation be considered an injustice?

The hadith indicates the permissibility for a man to divorce his wife, even if she is a frequent fasting person and a regular night worshipper. This would only occur due to her lack of harmony and obedience with him. There might also be internal matters that no one else can be privy to. As for the hadith, "The most hated permissible act to Allah is divorce," it is a weak hadith.
