Is it possible for some wishes to be granted to the people of the highest ranks, but not to those of the lower ranks?

Everyone who enters Paradise will attain whatever their soul desires and their heart wishes, as Allah the Almighty says: "And therein is whatever souls desire and [what] eyes find delight in," and His saying: "They will have whatever they wish therein, and with Us is more." Even the lowest in rank among the people of Paradise will be given ten times what he wished for, so what about those with the highest ranks?
