Can the people of the lower ranks in Paradise ask God to transfer them to the higher ranks, and will God answer their request?

Paradise has ranks, and its inhabitants vary in them according to their faith and righteous deeds. The people of the lower ranks cannot attain what is in the higher ranks. Nevertheless, all the people of Paradise are in everlasting bliss, and they will have in it whatever delights they desire, which no eye has seen and no ear has heard.
