Is it permissible for a woman traveling a distance of 130 km to pray shortened and combined prayers at home after her return, such as combining Dhuhr with Asr during the time of Asr?

Travel ceases when a Muslim arrives at their city, and therefore, it is not permissible for them to shorten or combine prayers due to travel. If a traveler prays Dhuhr with Asr on the road, they are not obligated to repeat it upon arriving. However, if a Muslim arrives at their city while there is still ample time for Dhuhr, they must pray it as four rak'ahs, and similarly, Asr as four rak'ahs after its time enters. If they arrive after Asr time has entered, they should pray Dhuhr combined with Asr without shortening.
