Is "Give the call to prayer even if they prevent you, and do not pray even if they push you" a Hadith from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?

The words mentioned are not a hadith from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and they have not been found in the well-known Islamic compilations, nor in books of weak or fabricated hadith. Accordingly, it is not permissible to attribute them to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, until such attribution is proven.
