Is one who abandons the call to Allah sinful in a society where deviants and disobedient Muslims are numerous? Is it permissible for a woman to be a Da'iyah (caller to Islam) and stop women in the marketplace to advise them religiously? If that is not permissible, then how does a woman call to Allah, and how can she be called to Islam or advised if she is disobedient?

Calling to Allah is obligatory upon all Muslims according to their ability and knowledge. Women are included in the command to call to Allah based on their knowledge and capacity.

The methods of dawah (calling to Allah) vary according to circumstances, and a woman advising her sister in the marketplace is permissible.

A woman calls to Allah, enjoins good, and forbids evil just like a man, observing Islamic etiquette. She should bear with patience any mockery or ridicule she may face.

It is incumbent upon the female caller to be an example in chastity, hijab, and avoidance of ostentatious display (tabarruj) and blameworthy mixing. Her dawah to men should be without seclusion, and to women with wisdom. She should be upright in her morals and conduct.

A woman's dawah is within women's communities, not men's communities, whether in schools or mosques.
