How is an inheritance divided among the father, the mother, the wife, and three maternal half-siblings?

If the deceased leaves behind only a mother, a wife, a father, and uterine siblings, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings. The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of children. The remainder goes to the father by ta'sib (residuary heirship). The uterine siblings receive nothing because they are veiled by the father. The estate is divided into twelve shares: the mother receives two shares, the wife receives three shares, and the father receives seven shares. The matter must be referred to the Sharia courts to investigate the heirs, wills, and debts.
