How is an inheritance divided among the following: a father, a mother, a full brother, a brother from the father's side, three sons of a brother from the father's side, two full sisters, and three sisters from the father's side?

If the deceased left behind only a mother, father, and siblings, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, and the remainder goes to the father by ta’sib (residuary heirship). The siblings inherit nothing as they are excluded by the father (complete exclusion). The estate is divided into six shares: the mother receives one share, and the father receives five shares. It is advisable to refer the matter to the Sharia courts to examine the estate, as there might be another heir, or be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
