Is it the case that all sins are forgiven if one pays Zakat every month based on incorrect evidence?

Whoever intentionally lies about Allah and His Messenger is threatened with the fire of Hell. There is no difference in the prohibition of lying about the Prophet between rulings and non-rulings, such as encouraging good deeds or deterring from evil, for all of it is among the greatest major sins by the consensus of Muslims. What is built upon falsehood is false, so there is no reward for one who acts upon a fabricated hadith (definition) based on his assumption. However, one who acts upon it is not sinful if he was given a fatwa (definition) (religious edict) concerning it without knowledge, because the sin is upon the one who issued the fatwa, and he will have the reward of charity if it was originally legitimate, even if it was based on a weak hadith.
