Is it permissible to complete a reading of the Qur’an in the month of Ramadan by reciting its parts out of order, such as starting with Surat Al-Baqarah and then moving to the thirtieth juz’ and so on?

The fundamental principle is that whoever wishes to complete the recitation of the Quran should begin with Surah Al-Fatihah and conclude with Surah An-Nas, whether in Ramadan or at other times, as indicated by the hadith "Al-Hal Al-Murtahil" (The one who stops and then starts again, or the one who travels from one point to another). Nevertheless, there is no harm in not adhering to this order, as the arrangement of surahs in recitation is not obligatory, especially if one starts with the surahs they have memorized or find easy to recite.
