Do the family of Aqeel ibn Abi Talib deserve a fifth of the fifth, and is it given to one who asks for it if he proves his lineage to the Ahl al-Bayt, knowing that he is too honorable to accept charity but is in dire need, and he is from Yemen and has relatives in Mecca?

The family of Aqeel ibn Abi Talib are considered among the household of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for whom sadaqa (charity) is forbidden and whose rights must be observed, as they are entitled to a fifth of the khums (one-fifth of certain gains). However, they are not among the direct descendants of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for the Prophet's descendants are restricted to the children of Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn. There has been a difference of opinion regarding giving zakat to the Ahl al-Bayt (household of the Prophet) if they are not given from the khums.
