Is it permissible to register a house in the name of a daughter?

If by writing you intend to allocate the house to your daughter specifically after your death, this is a bequest to an heir, which is not permissible শরعًا (Islamically). However, if you intend it as a gift during your lifetime, such that the daughter takes ownership of the house, then this is a permissible gift, but justice and equality must be observed among all your children in the giving of gifts. It is not permissible to single out the daughter for this gift to the exclusion of her siblings.
