Is it permissible for a father to register his only house in the name of his only daughter if he has brothers and sisters?

A father's gift to his daughter is permissible unless it is intended to disinherit the heirs. Their approval or knowledge is not required for this, as evidenced by Abu Bakr's gift to Aisha, may Allah be pleased with them both.

For the gift to be effective, the donee must take possession of the gifted item. So, if a father gifts his residential home to his daughter but remains living in it until his death, the gift is not effective, and the house is considered an inheritance to be distributed among the heirs.
