Is it permissible to sell books and lectures that have been downloaded from the shaykhs' websites for their cost only, without profit?

Downloading, printing, and selling books fall into two categories: Either the book owners have reserved their publication and distribution rights, in which case it is impermissible to print them without their permission, as this constitutes transgression and unlawfully consuming people's wealth. Or the owners do not prevent their dissemination and distribution, in which case there is no harm in benefiting from them, and the user does not require permission.
