Is it possible to connect the noble Hadith: "None of you should curse time, for indeed God is time" with Einstein's theories of relativity, which indicate the cessation of time for a body that reaches the speed of light, such that God is "time" (Al-Dahr) who has no time, and who is the fastest of all things?

The hadith (definition) "Indeed, Allah is Time (Ad-Dahr)" has no relation to Einstein's theory. Its meaning is elucidated by the Qudsi Hadith: "The son of Adam harms Me; he insults Time, and I am Time; in My hand is the command, I alternate the night and the day." The reason for this is that the Arabs used to curse time during calamities. An-Nawawi clarified that the intention is to forbid cursing the doer of calamities, who is Allah Almighty, and not Time itself, because it is a created entity. Sulaiman Al Ash-Sheikh also explained Ibn Hazm's error in considering Time among the Beautiful Names of Allah, citing narrations of the hadith that confirm that it is Allah who alternates and renews the night and the day. As for the issue of the Earth and Sun's rotation, it has been previously mentioned with reference to its attribution and to the view of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen.
