What should a man do who has contracted to marry a girl but has not yet consummated the marriage, then wishes to annul the contract due to discomfort, while he does not possess sufficient funds to pay the deferred and immediate dowries, and the girl refuses to waive anything?

If you divorce your wife before consummating the marriage, she is entitled to half of the agreed-upon Mahr (dowry), unless she waives it.
