Is it permissible for a veiled girl who does not wear the niqab to apply makeup (lipstick, blush, foundation) when leaving the house, especially with her parents' insistence, and is it considered impermissible even if it is simple and not eye-catching?

It is not permissible for a woman to wear makeup when she goes out and uncovers her face, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof," and because it attracts the attention of men. Obedience to parents is not permissible in disobedience to Allah, based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." Covering the face is obligatory, especially in times of tribulation, and a woman must preserve her religion and frequently supplicate for Allah to facilitate a righteous husband for her.
