Is the maintenance that the deceased father did not pay to his daughter considered a debt to be taken from the inheritance?

Among the debts that must be paid from the estate before its distribution is the value of the maintenance (nafaqah) owed by the father, if it became obligatory upon him while he was affluent and he did not pay it, and someone else bore it without intending it as a donation. In this case, that person has the right to claim it after its establishment by evidence. Khalil said: "And the maintenance of a male child is until he reaches maturity, becomes sensible, and capable of earning, and for a female child until her husband consummates the marriage. It is waived for an affluent person with the passage of time, except for a lawsuit, or if someone else spent it without intending it as a donation."
