Is it permissible for worshipers in a mosque to perform Salat al-Tasabih aloud, with the imam and congregants chanting the adhkar mentioned therein in a loud voice?

Scholars differ on the permissibility of Salatul Tasabih (the Prayer of Glorifications), and the preponderant view, in our opinion, is its permissibility, and it is permissible to perform it in congregation. As for raising the voice with the ذكر (remembrance of God) mentioned in it, by both the Imam and the congregants, this is contrary to the Sunnah, because what is prescribed is lowering the voice with ذكر, except where there is evidence indicating otherwise, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿Call upon your Lord humbly and secretly. He likes not the transgressors.﴾ and His saying: ﴿And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear.﴾ Furthermore, their gathering to repeat the adhkar (forms of remembrance) in one voice falls under the category of additive innovations (bid'ah idafiyyah), as this manner has not been transmitted from the Prophet, peace be upon him, nor from his Companions. They must follow the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, for he said: "Hold fast to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided Caliphs after me. Cling to it and bite on it with your molar teeth. Beware of newly invented matters, for every innovation is misguidance."
