ما هي أقوال الفقهاء في حكم أكل لحوم السباع ذوات الأنياب والطيور ذوات المخالب؟

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade eating any beast of prey with fangs and any bird with talons. The majority of scholars believe that any animal with fangs that preys with them, such as lions and tigers, is forbidden. As for Imam Malik, he holds that eating any animal with fangs is forbidden, but it is also narrated from him that he considered it disliked. The hyena is an exception, and its consumption is permissible, except according to Abu Hanifa. As for birds with talons, the Shafi'is, Hanbalis, and Hanafis consider eating them forbidden, while the majority of Malikis permitted it. The most preponderant view is the prohibition of eating any beast of prey with fangs and any bird with talons, except for what has been explicitly exempted, such as the hyena.
