Does the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr and Isha in congregation..." apply to one who prays Isha and Fajr in congregation with his wife only?

Congregational prayer is established with two or more people, as indicated by authentic Sunnah, such as the Hadith of Malik bin Al-Huwayrith in Sahih Al-Bukhari. As for you and your husband, you will both receive the reward for congregational prayer for Isha and Fajr mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever prays Isha in congregation, it is as if he stood in prayer for half the night. And whoever prays Fajr in congregation, it is as if he prayed the entire night." However, your husband is not permitted to refrain from praying in congregation at the mosque if he is able to do so, especially if he hears the adhan, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever hears the call [to prayer] and does not come, there is no prayer for him except for one with an excuse," and the saying of Ibn Mas'ud: "Indeed, we used to see that no one would stay behind from it [the congregational prayer] except for a hypocrite whose hypocrisy was known."
