It is forbidden to marry a person's paternal cousin if she breastfed him five known full feedings, whether she became his maternal aunt (if he was breastfed by her maternal grandmother) or his paternal aunt (if he was breastfed by her paternal grandmother), because what is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by fosterage.
