How is the inheritance divided among: three sons, one grandson (son of a son), one full brother, one nephew (son of a full brother), one paternal uncle (full brother of the father), three daughters, one wife, and four full sisters?

Those who inherit from the aforementioned are: the wife, the three sons, and the three daughters only. The rest are completely excluded from inheritance by the deceased’s direct son. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty’s saying: "But if you have a child, then for them [i.e., the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder is to be divided among the sons and daughters by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty’s saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." We should note that matters of inheritance are very serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, the matter must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
