The answer

If a woman miscarries after the formation of the fetus (after 80 days), the blood is considered (postnatal bleeding). However, if it is before the formation of the fetus, it is istihada (irregular bleeding). Nifas prevents circumambulation (). If a woman in the state of for experiences nifas, she waits until she becomes pure. If the bleeding does not stop before Arafah, she combines Hajj with her umrah, becoming a qarinah (one performing ), and does not perform tawaf until she is pure. If she cannot remain (until purity), she may take medication to stop the bleeding, or she may bind herself with a cloth (istithfar) and perform tawaf out of extreme necessity, such as not being able to return later to perform tawaf. This is the view of some scholars.
