Is the Hajj considered valid, and is it obligatory to make up for the missed prayers, after a miscarriage and bleeding prevented the completion of Umrah and prayer during the Hajj period?

We ask Allah to forgive you and accept your repentance, and you must wholeheartedly engage in acts of obedience. If the miscarriage occurred before 81 days of pregnancy, the bleeding is not considered post-natal bleeding (nifas (definition)) but rather irregular bleeding (fasad), and your Hajj is valid, but you must make up the missed prayers. If the miscarriage occurred after 81 days and signs of fetal formation were apparent, then the bleeding is post-natal bleeding (nifas), and prayer and circumambulation (tawaf (definition)) are not valid with it, unless she is from a distant country and cannot wait in Makkah, in which case she may perform tawaf according to the preponderant opinion. However, if she is from a nearby country or can wait, she should not perform tawaf while the bleeding persists, but rather wait or travel and return. Her Hajj is valid, and she remains in her state of ihram (definition) until she performs the greater circumambulation (tawaf al-ifadah).
