What should we do concerning a person who says that we are not Muslims and will enter Hell, and frequently repeats the phrase: "To you be your religion, and to me my religion," and describes us as loyal to infidels and says that our ruler is an infidel? And will we be held accountable by Allah if the ruler is mistaken?
