Is it obligatory to offer three blood sacrifices or one blood sacrifice for someone who made a mistake in the circumambulation (Tawaf) three consecutive times, and is it obligatory to make up the three 'Umrahs or one 'Umrah?

Circumambulating the Shādhirwān is an issue over which there is disagreement regarding its validity and sufficiency. The correct view within the madhhab (school of thought) is that it is not sufficient. However, Sheikh al-Islam chose the view that it is sufficient, on the basis that the Shādhirwān is not part of the Kaaba itself, but rather a support for it.

Based on this, your 'Umrah is valid according to Sheikh al-Islam, and nothing is required of you; you may act upon this madhhab.

As for the view that circumambulating the Shādhirwān is not sufficient: if your circumambulation in the first 'Umrah was not valid, then you are still in a state of ihrām from your initial ihrām. You are required to go to Mecca to complete the rituals and then exit ihrām if you are able. Otherwise, your ruling is that of one who is prevented (muḥṣar), and you should exit ihrām by offering a sacrifice (dam) to be slaughtered in Mecca, or by fasting ten days if you are unable to offer the sacrifice.
