Is speech uttered in a state of anger and obsessive doubt, which includes phrases such as "I will leave her," "divorce her," "I divorce her," and "second divorce," considered an actual or a suspended divorce? And what is the ruling on subsequent acknowledgments of divorce made before family and a mufti?

So long as you are certain that you intended the promise of divorce and not its suspension upon her action, then no divorce occurs to her by this promise, even if she does what you forbade her from; because a promise does not effect a divorce. Disregard these whispers, consult a psychiatrist, seek Allah's help, and frequently supplicate to Him.
