Is a married daughter's demanding her share of the inheritance from her paternal uncles, seven years after her father's death and the estate's not being divided, considered wrong, especially with her brother's control over part of the properties and his refusal to give her an apartment, her mother's fear of confronting him, and her paternal uncles' failure to speak the truth?

It is not permissible to prevent an heir from their right to inheritance, for these are the limits set by Allah. The share of females in the estate is their right, not a favor from anyone. What some people have accustomed themselves to, which is neglecting this right, is oppression and transgression of Allah's limits. There is no blame on whoever demands this right; rather, the blame is on whoever withholds it. It is preferable to use gentleness when demanding the right, seeking assistance from people of goodness and wisdom. If that becomes difficult, then the matter should be referred to the Sharia judge.
