Is it permissible for a Muslim who missed the congregational Isha prayer, but caught and prayed the Tarawih prayer, to then pray Isha individually after returning home?

The majority of scholars hold that the time for Tarawih prayer begins after the 'Isha prayer and extends until the emergence of dawn. Therefore, Tarawih is not valid before the 'Isha prayer, as it is subordinate to the 'Isha prayer.
