Does a man touching his wife’s breast without a barrier invalidate his Wudu, and is foreplay during menstruation forbidden?

The ruling on touching a woman and whether it nullifies ablution has been previously explained. As for foreplay with a menstruating wife, it is permissible for a man to enjoy his menstruating wife in ways other than intercourse, based on the statements of Aisha and Maymunah, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to caress them while they were menstruating after they had put on their lower garments. And Allah's saying, "And do not approach them until they are purified," means intercourse only, based on the Prophet's saying, "Do everything except intercourse."
