What is the meaning of the noble verse: (Who created seven heavens in layers) and can scientists reach an understanding of the seven heavens?

The Almighty's saying: ﴿Who created seven heavens in layers﴾ [Surat Al-Mulk: 3] means that the heavens are one above another, and no one can reach them except by authority and power. The questioner's statement: "They reached seven heavens" is incorrect, as no human being has reached the heavens except the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, on the night of Al-Mi'raj, when he reached the seventh heaven and saw Al-Bayt Al-Ma'mur and heard the creaking of the pens.
