Is it permissible to marry using money taken from a person after it was requested from him for the purpose of marriage, and the one who gave the money was content?

Islam dislikes excessive questioning and encourages action. If a person is in need and asks another, and that person gives willingly, then he may benefit from what he was given for marriage or other purposes, because it has become his property to dispose of as he wishes.
