What is the correct direction of the Qibla at the University of California, given the difference in opinion between Southeast and Northeast?

For the validity of prayer, facing the Qiblah is a prerequisite. Whoever knows its direction and is able to face it, but does not do so, their prayer is invalid and they are sinful. An exception to this is the supererogatory prayer for a traveler on their mount. What is between the South and the North is considered Qiblah, and a slight deviation is permissible.
