Is it permissible, in Sharia, to give an ethically deviant young man (an addict) his legal inheritance in the form of a monthly salary, if giving him the inheritance in one lump sum would increase his corruption?

A young man who squanders his money on forbidden things, such as drinking alcohol, is considered a profligate (safīh). He should not be given control over his wealth until he demonstrates maturity and sound judgment, based on the Almighty’s sayings: ﴿And do not give the profligate your wealth﴾ and ﴿And if you perceive in them sound judgment, then hand over their wealth to them﴾. The affairs of the profligate’s wealth are managed by his father, his guardian, the ruler, or a trustworthy person from among his relatives or others in the absence of a ruler. If the profligacy is a newfound condition after a period of sound judgment, then the interdiction against him must be imposed through a judge.
