It is not permissible to accept the scholarship if the work after its completion is in a usurious bank, because working in usurious banks is forbidden, and necessity does not make the forbidden permissible. However, if the work is in a permissible entity unrelated to the usurious bank, there is no objection, provided that the regulations of travel are observed.
