Is it necessary to be stringent concerning the immutable principles of Islamic action in order to demonstrate the strength of Islam and its immunity to change, knowing that many Islamic action movements are lenient regarding these principles under the pretext of achieving their goals?

Those working for Islam must strive to establish the religion in its entirety, but a person is only addressed with what they are capable of. What one is unable to do, they are not burdened with. The jurisprudence of priorities, benefits, and harms must be observed. If two obligations conflict, the more emphatic one is given precedence. If two forbidden acts converge, the greater is averted by committing the lesser. The scholar must reflect upon matters, and it may be obligatory to pardon or remain silent concerning an امر (command) or نهي (prohibition) if it will lead to a greater harm.
