What is the value due from the land to a woman who claimed her right 27 years after her father's death, given that the land's value increased and her brothers exerted effort on it, and knowing that the brothers divided the land and legally registered it, and that waiving inheritance to brothers was a custom in the town?

A woman has the right to claim her share of land and inheritance, even after a long period, unless she has legally and formally waived it. Her silence regarding the claim due to fear of society is not considered a waiver. Depriving a female of inheritance is a pre-Islamic custom (Jahiliyya), and the Holy Quran has explicitly stipulated a woman's right to inheritance: {For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives left, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives left—from what is little or much—a determined share}.
