Your mere utterance of the remembrance of Allah Almighty while there is food in your mouth is not considered mockery of religion. Mockery is defined as belittling and disparaging something, or scoffing and ridiculing it in a way that implies diminishment, contempt, and disdain, none of which occurred from you.
