Evading legitimate taxes is not permissible, but there is no sin in evading unjust ones. Your husband's brother must register his brother's property in his own name to prevent the loss of rights. The distribution of profits among partners must be according to the partnership agreement, for Allah is the third of the two partners as long as one does not betray his companion. It is permissible for a wife to take from her husband's money, without his knowledge, what is sufficient for her and her children, in a reasonable manner, if he is stingy.
