Does a pilgrim's shaving his own head or someone else's before Taghallul affect 'Umrah?

It is permissible for a pilgrim in a state of ihram to shave his own head upon exiting ihram, and it is permissible for him to shave the head of another person, whether that person is not in ihram or is a pilgrim in ihram who wishes to exit it.

It is not permissible to shave the head of another pilgrim in a state of ihram before he exits ihram if it is known that he is in ihram, has not completed his rituals, and his head is not afflicted.

If the head of a pilgrim in ihram is shaved with his permission, then the expiation (fidyah) is incumbent upon the one whose head was shaved, regardless of whether it was shaved by a pilgrim in ihram or someone not in ihram. However, if his head was shaved under duress or while he was asleep, then there is no expiation (fidyah) upon the one whose head was shaved.
