What is the ruling on using a rotating slaughter box that rotates the animal 90 degrees to become horizontal on its left side and facing the Qiblah, thereby facilitating the slaughtering process?

There is no harm in using this box and the method of slaughtering with it, due to the absence of any legal impediment. It does not involve torturing the animal or violating the prescribed religious method. Rather, it facilitates the slaughterer's task and shows compassion to the animal. Indeed, Islamic law has commanded compassion towards the animal to be slaughtered, as stated in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, Allah has prescribed excellence in every matter. So, if you kill, then kill well, and if you slaughter, then slaughter well. Let each one of you sharpen his blade and relieve his animal (of suffering)."
