Is the owner of a language teaching center obligated to know the intentions of female students, and whether they will work in forbidden or mixed-gender fields after their graduation? And must he refuse to accept those who are immodestly dressed (mutabarrijat)?

The fatwa does not require the questioner to investigate the intentions of the female students; rather, it bases the ruling on what is known or most probable regarding the trainees' situation. If this is not ascertained, then there is no blame in training them, nor is there any sin upon him concerning their subsequent actions, nor is there any harm in earning from teaching them. Teaching is an intended benefit, and leasing for it is permissible. The majority of jurists consider the permissibility of leasing for teaching sciences. There is no harm in teaching unveiled women per se; the sin lies in the unveiling itself. The female teachers should advise them, admonish them, enjoin good upon them, and forbid evil.
