Is wearing several silver rings considered imitation of women?

Originally, it is permissible for men to wear silver rings. If it is customary for the people of the land to wear several silver rings, then there is no harm, provided it does not reach the point of extravagance or arrogance, and there is no imitation of women. However, if the custom of the people of the land is otherwise, then it is not permissible to go against them, because custom is taken into consideration in jurisprudence.
