Is it permissible to act upon every Hadith mentioned in the books of Hadith?

Acting upon abrogated hadiths varies depending on the hadith:

1. What has been agreed upon as abrogated or what the hadith itself indicates as abrogated (e.g., "Whoever drinks alcohol, flog him; if he repeats it a fourth time, kill him" and "I had forbidden you from visiting graves, but now visit them..."), then it is not acted upon by consensus.

2. What is disputed regarding its abrogation (e.g., "The cupper and the one cupped have broken their fast" and "Do not fast on Saturday except for what has been made obligatory upon you"), this is a matter of ijtihad (independent reasoning) among scholars.

It is worth noting that the claim of abrogation can only be made if two conditions are met: knowledge of the historical context, and the inability to reconcile between the hadiths.
