It is not permissible for a Muslim to assist anyone in disobeying Allah, whether that person is Muslim or non-Muslim, because Allah Almighty says: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). If they are using their expertise in acts of disobedience to Allah, then it is not permissible to assist them.
