Is it permissible for a person suffering from extreme poverty and lack of work opportunities to enter chat rooms frequented by corrupt individuals, impersonating a girl to obtain top-up cards from young men, with the aim of using them for lawful purposes and accumulating money to start a project and distance himself from these practices, knowing that the young men from whom he takes the credit spend it on unlawful things?

You must repent to Allah Almighty for entering sinful rooms and acquiring money through forbidden means. It is not permissible to seize a person's money on the pretext that they will spend it on unlawful things, as this is from the embellishment of Satan, and the owner of the money has more right to it. Their committing immoral acts does not make their money permissible for others. Punishing the corrupt is the responsibility of the legitimate ruler, not individuals. Financial hardship is not remedied by opening the door to the unlawful for oneself; rather, sustenance has permissible causes and means.
